On April 25, 2009 (aged 53 ), Mrs. Terry Ann "Forga" Westfall after a long and courageous battle with her family by her bedside, left her diseased body to live forever with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a Christian, a devoted wife, and a devoted, loving mother, a true example of self sacrifice and setting aside her own personal needs and interests for the good of her family.
Terry Ann Forga was born on April 20, 1956, in Richwood, to John Alden and Mamie Hart Forga. Terry was a lifelong resident of Richwood WV.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Westfall, Jr. BIRTH: 30 Dec 1946 DEATH: 29 Oct 2001 (aged 54) BURIAL: Richwood Cemetery, Richwood, Nicholas County, West Virginia, They reared one daughter, and they had three grandchildren 
Funeral services was conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2009, at the LITTLE LAUREL BAPTIST Church, Little Laurel Road,Richwood WV 26261 Graveside - Mountain View Memorial Park, Richwood, West Virginia | ||||
